ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
We're students, we live and breathe music, and we want to share it with you! Proboštská jezera sits in Brandýs, a short hop from Prague. It's a place with a great atmosphere, so we decided to turn it into the coolest spot we could imagine at the end of August. The stage is mostly for student bands tuned to a summer vibe, think funk and indie. We're also putting together a side program. Expect a pexeso (memory-game) tournament and the legendary Czech kids' game 'cukr, káva, limonáda...'. You can camp overnight no problem, and a two-day ticket gets you a discount on a tent spot. We can't wait to see you!
HISTORY
First edition (2024)
The idea to put on a music festival at Proboštská jezera came out of the „Last One Standing“ dodgeball tournament in 2024. Two students, Kristýna Stránská and Vojta Beránek, brought together five bands from Brandýs and Prague plus three DJs. The weather held and Jakub Studecký, the owner of the venue, was a great host.
Second edition (2025)
Thanks to a grant from the city of Brandýs nad Labem-Stará Boleslav, we upgraded the sound, lighting, and visual identity. The lineup included Swampy Daisy, Taky Funky Band, HiHead, Swaffelen, Fol’de’gol, and Princezna na prášku, with DJs Psajko, FCKTHX, BLAYZZ, and Negative Mind. Around 200–300 people came.
Third edition (2026)
This year, with a stronger team of new talented members, we are preparing big things. There is plenty to look forward to.
